A successful and fluid career in business and tourism. A small business owner and general manager for 20 years, transitioning into airline marketing, then CEO of a crown corporation lending organization for small business development, followed by a ten-year career as Assistant Deputy Minister in the areas of northern and native development, small business and tourism and acting Deputy Minister for Manitoba Industry, Trade and Tourism. Combining the wealth of experience, training and management, worked as a private consultant in tourism and business development including contracts with the Business Development Bank of Canada, Indian and Northern Affairs Canada and various private sector ventures.
